Delivery to France and Europe is handled by our partners La Poste , Colissimo and Chronopost .

International delivery is made by La Poste, Colissimo or Chronopost, then by the local post of the country of destination.

Your order is prepared and then shipped by our logistics teams in Caen, Normandy.

When you place an order, it goes through several stages of verification to guarantee the highest level of security (this process takes a few minutes).

We recommend rinsing your jewelery with clear water when it comes into contact with salt or cosmetic products, so that it continues to shine for a long time.

We recommend avoiding leaving your jewelry in contact with perfume, chemicals or cosmetics for too long in order to preserve its shine.

Clever tip to prevent the chains of your necklaces from forming knots: when you store your necklaces, let the clasp protrude outside your Jardin des Bijoux pouch!

Payment is handled by one of our secure payment providers, depending on the payment method chosen: Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, Lydia, Mollie or Alma for payment in 2x and 3x free of charge from €50 of purchase .

You can pay for your order by credit card , Visa , Mastercard , Apple Pay or American Express with our secure payment provider Stripe.

You can also use your PayPal account, your Amazon account via Amazon Pay, your Lydia account, or pay in 2x or 3x free of charge with Alma from a purchase of €50 .

For Europe (in particular in Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany), you can pay by Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius or Giropay with our secure payment provider Mollie.

Payment by bank transfer is available when ordering (at the end of the list of payment methods). Detailed instructions for making the transfer are displayed after confirming the order.

The bank transfer extends the processing time of your order by 1 to 2 working days. If the transfer is not received within 4 working days following the validation of your order, it is automatically cancelled.

If you have a promotional code giving a reduction on your order, you can use it when placing your order in the " discount code" section of the " Summary of your order ".
